Ms. Tamesha Wells is the owner of Living Well Realty Group and the Team Leader of The Wells Group, powered by Real. She is a native Houstonian with over 15 years of real estate experience, starting as an investor at the age of 19.

She is a dedicated advocate of black homeownership and generational wealth and has made it her mission to give back to the community and serve others. Through workshops and organized events, she actively educates the community about the importance of these topics. Throughout her career in real estate, she held various executive positions with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) for over 5 years, culminating in her role as Past President of the Young Realtist Division of NAREB. Notably, she chaired the Women's Council of HBREA Scholarship Luncheon for three consecutive years, and she also passionately teaches financial literacy at the juvenile detention center and other platforms. Additionally, she volunteers her time with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR), contributing to scholarship funds for the youth and engaging in various other meaningful activities. Ms. Wells' dedication and commitment to serving others make her an exemplary leader and role model within the real estate community.

Ms. Wells co-hosted a radio show, “The Real on Real Estate” on 953Jamz.com for 6 years, which provided industry knowledge to consumers and real estate professionals worldwide.

Adrian Frank is a new yet well-educated Realtor born and raised in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Frank is a wife, mother, grandmother, and owner of multiple businesses. Mrs. Frank has her own multi company LLC that has provided her with much experience dealing with all walks of life and different areas of business. Mrs. Frank has an AA degree in Liberal Arts and is a few hours shy of her BA in psychology at the University of Houston. Mrs. Frank participates in many non-profits that aid in supporting youth in underprivileged communities. In her few years in real estate, she has educated herself in all areas of Houston in order to provide her clients with all the information when it comes to their sell or purchase to best fit their needs.

She prides herself on the ability and willingness to go the extra mile to make the buying or selling process as comforting and smooth as possible. Mrs. Frank enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, traveling the world, and learning new things every day. A few rare things also about Mrs. Frank; she’s an Ordained Minister and has officiated at a few weddings and funeral eulogies. Mrs. Frank enjoys being available for the needs of the people. Ms. Cheri Abbage, an accomplished attorney and educator based in Houston, Texas. Ms. Abbage currently operates a virtual law firm dedicated to estate planning, probate, and guardianship—helping individuals and families protect their assets, make informed decisions, and create peace of mind for the future.

Ms. Abbage earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Education from Grand Canyon University.

With a career that began in family and public interest law, Ms. Abbage has devoted her work to helping people understand the importance of preparation, protection, and planning. Her client-centered approach makes estate planning approachable, empowering, and tailored to every stage of life.
